Remodeling of a parking garage in Plattsburgh, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a parking garage.
Sealed proposals are sought for PBG VA Garage Electrical Services at the Plattsburgh International Airport. Participation requirements include Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Participation, Women-Owned Business Participation, Bidder Prequalification/Preregistration, Certified Payroll, Required Installation, Required Insurance, and Prevailing Wage compliance. An onsite visit is recommended for all prospective bidders at 64 Florida Street, Plattsburgh, NY 12903. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the vendor's name, address, and "Proposal for PBG VA Garage Electrical Service." Physical bid submission is required. Plattsburgh International Airport wishes to enter into an agreement with a contractor provide the electrical service scope for the VA Garage located at 64 Florida Road, Plattsburgh NY 12903. The project generally includes providing a new electrical service for the VA Garage. The work will include providing a new primary feed, transformer (coordinated with NYSEG) sub-feeds, 200A panel, interior lighting, receptacles, and power to HVAC equipment.
