Site work and paving for a road / highway in Morristown, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.

**As of October 28, 2025, project was awarded to Dubois and King but awarded amount is not available.** The successful applicant will provide the Town of Leicester: a minimum of two meetings with an advisory committee comprised of state and local representatives that will provide input on existing conditions and options at the beginning of the project and a review of the recommendations near the end of the project; suggestions for traffic calming projects within the study area, including projects that begin as demonstrations only; recommendations for potential context changes (if any) for Leicester; a traffic study analyzing volume, vehicle types and speeds within the project area, as well as identifying critical safety concern locations; a scaled site plan of the study area identifying proposed locations and types of road improvements, streetscape improvements, new or reconfigured parking areas, signage, and traffic calming treatments; and scaled drawings of appropriate traffic calming treatments for key areas identified in the final plan. The deliverables include a digital copy of the final report with all illustrations and plans, an executive summary of the final work product, and all data, databases, reports, preliminary engineering plans, programs, and materials in both digital and hard copy formats. Digital map data products shall be compiled and delivered to ACRPC in Vermont State Plane Coordinates (NAD 1983 Meters) and must follow all applicable published standards of the Vermont Geographic Information System (VGIS). Preferably, deliverables will be provided in ESRI 'shape' file format, and all place or site-related databases must include a valid street address. The consultant is also responsible for the presentation of the draft work product to the Leicester Selectboard, presentation of the final report and findings at the appropriate ACRPC TAC meeting, and the recording and distribution of minutes from all project meetings. Submission requirements: one digital copy of the proposal, consecutively numbered pages, a cover letter, qualifications of the consulting firm, a detailed scope of work, a proposed schedule, project organization, resumes of key staff, and a minimum of three references.
