The Ballston Spa Central School District is seeking bids to replace the folding partition inside the Wood Road cafeteria per the project specifications, with a manually operated wall, including all mounting hardware, installation, and labor. The bidder is responsible for the removal of the existing wall, while the District will handle the removal of the electrical supply power for the existing wall. Field measurements for the replacement project are the responsibility of the bidder. Site visits to examine the existing wall and to take field measurements must be pre-arranged. All proposals must comply with instructions to bidders. Bids are to be submitted sealed and will be binding for 90 days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. This is a New York State public works project and is subject to the New York State Prevailing Wage requirements. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids. Any other dates must be proposed by the bidder, however the District will not approve dates outside of the listed dates, unless scheduled and agreed to by the District. The project must be completed prior to June 30, 2026.
