Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bunnell, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Sealed bids are solicited for the Flagler County Multipurpose Emergency Preparedness Facility under the Remaining Trades Package covering Divisions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 21, 22, 23, and 26. Bids must be submitted in compliance with all provided bid documents. Proposals should be either emailed or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope, labeled with the project and bidder information. Bid documents are available through Meyer Najem Construction, LLC's SmartBid Plan Room. All questions, RFIs, and substitution requests are to be submitted via email to the specified contacts. Attendance at the virtual Pre-Bid Meeting is not required for bid responsiveness. All instructions to bidders must be followed according to the details provided in the bid documents.
