Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Kirkwood, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.
Separate sealed bids are invited for the Cedarhurst Road Culvert Repair. The Contractor must comply with Occupational Safety and Health Act (O.S.H.A.) regulations, specifically Part 1926 regarding Safety and Health Regulations for Construction. Non-compliance may result in a Stop Work Order by the Town until the issue is rectified. Each laborer, workman, or mechanic employed on the site must be paid at least the prevailing wage and supplements as determined by the New York State Department of Labor (PRC# 2025012231). Certified copies of all payrolls must be submitted with each payment requisition, and the prime Contractor is responsible for collecting payrolls from all Subcontractors. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 calendar days after the scheduled bid closing time. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the Contract in its best interest.
