Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking proposals from Contractors to provide labor, consumable materials (excluding those supplied by Utilities), tools, equipment, and supervision for the renewal, reconstruction, and maintenance of Utilities’ gas mains and services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides prospective firms with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for Accelerated Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP) General Construction Services (Gas). Suppliers are encouraged to submit clear responses to the RFP. Responses of excessive length or that are overly elaborate are discouraged. Utilities reserves the right to include any and all portions of the selected proposal in the final contract. Due to the need for an expedient review of proposals and selection of a Supplier, Suppliers are cautioned against submitting excessive and extraneous material not directly responding to the issues raised in the RFP.
