Renovation of a mixed-use development in White City, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Contractor shall provide the White City, Oregon VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC) with a one-time repair of the Building 201 Pharmacy Chiller. The work includes recovering the refrigerant in circuit one, removing the existing electronic expansion valve (EEV), installing a new EEV, and running a new EEV cable to the controller. The contractor shall also install new filter dryers, pressure test the system for leaks, recharge it with the recovered refrigerant, and test the entire system. If issues persist, the contractor must investigate potential software problems with the chiller and reprogram it as needed to ensure complete repair. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations, including those of the Department of Veterans Affairs. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor and materials, maintaining quality control, and ensuring services are performed efficiently and reliably during normal VA SORCC business hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). Contractor personnel must check in and out at Building 229 and wear VA-issued identification badges while on site. Services are not required on recognized federal holidays.
