Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Crystal Beach, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for the proposed Waterline Improvements project for Bolivar Peninsula Special Utility District. Each proposal must include a bid guarantee of not less than 5% of the total bid amount, which may be a cashier's check, certified check, negotiable U.S. Government bonds, or a bid bond from an approved surety company. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive responsible bid, with the right reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive informality in bids received. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price using provided forms. Employees and applicants must not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, and compliance with federal equal opportunity regulations is required. Complete sets of contract documents, specifications, and plans must be used in preparing bids and will be available for viewing electronically and at designated locations. Printing of plans may be done via the website but hard copies will not be sold.
