The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors to provide construction services for maintenance dredging at St. Joseph Outer Harbor in Berrien County, MI, and Holland Outer Harbor in Ottawa County, MI. The scope includes mobilizing dredging equipment to both harbors, performing dredging operations within specified stationing ranges--St. Joseph from -25+00 to -14+00 and Holland from -14+00 to -8+50--with nearshore placement in the 8'-12' contour, and demobilizing upon completion. The project will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 237990, with a small business size standard of $37.0 million. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to the lowest priced responsible bidder. Estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with completion anticipated by June 2026. Electronic bid submission through PIEE is required, and contractors must be registered in both PIEE and SAM.gov prior to bidding and award. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
