This project is an invitation for bidders to provide winter road maintenance services, specifically snow removal, hauling, and disposal from bridge decks of Highway 407, 400, and 404 overpasses within the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of York, as further detailed in Part A of Appendix A (RFT Particulars). Instructions to bidders include the requirement that all bid submissions must be made electronically through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount and a digital Undertaking to Bond, using forms attached as Appendix E and F.
