The Block Island Housing Board, New Shoreham, Rhode Island, seeks the services of a qualified contractor to manage the development and construction of eight (8) duplexes, sixteen (16) two-bedroom apartments, two (2) of which will be disability-accessible units, to be built on West Side Road. Each contractor submitting proposals must be lawfully engaged in the practice of general contracting, licensed, and insured, in good standing with the State of Rhode Island, and with specific experience in the type of project requested herein. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project.
