The work will be carried out under a management and construction contract. Once the contract has been awarded, the Company will assign the contract to the manager-builder, Pomerleau Inc., which will become fully responsible for the contract as general contractor. The Corporation will not disburse any funds in connection with the performance of this contract, as the amount of the work is already provided for in the contract with the manager-builder entered into in connection with tender CRW59842 (SEAO reference number 20006128).
