Site work for a water / sewer project in Clackamas, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Clackamas River Water is seeking sealed proposals from qualified engineering firms, teams, or consultants to provide engineering consulting services relating to WTP Improvements Planning. The project includes preliminary, 30%, and up to 50% design services for improvement of the plant's treatment facilities and control room spaces, generally consistent with the 2021 Water Treatment Facilities Plan, Alternative 2B. Proposers are first invited to submit a proposal outlining their experience and qualifications directly related to the required services, with no pricing information included at this stage. After assessment of qualifications, the top 1-3 proposers will be asked to provide pricing information, which will constitute 15% of the overall proposal evaluation and final selection. Only emailed or hardcopy proposals will be accepted; facsimile submissions are not allowed. Proposers must certify nondiscrimination in awarding subcontracts and, if applicable, their status as a resident bidder. Prequalification is not required. All proposers must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes and the District's Local Contract Review Board Rules. The District reserves the right to reject proposals, postpone award, waive informalities, and select the proposal deemed in the best interest of the District. The District will not knowingly contract with any entity that discriminates on the basis of age, disability, national origin, race, marital status, religion, or gender.
