Swing Gates - The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order, for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the item(s) indicated in the "Offer" section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting order. This shall be a one-time order withdelivery required to the location indicated in the F.O.B. section of this bid invitation. (5) 12' 10" Single Swing Gates per design (see atachment 2) o Must include: Hinge Post, Gate Arm, Lock Open Post, Walk-thru Bollard, Removable Lock Pins and 16" Chain, Guarded Lock and Pin Surrounds, Deadman Plate on Bases o Gate must be modular allowing complete on-site install with NO WELDING required o Must be domestic materials with certifications o All gates will be primed with rust inhibited gray shop primer Note* All bids shall be submitted on this form, or an exact copy shall be typed or clearly printed in ink and shall be received on or before the date and time specified in paragraph 7 of this bid under "Bid closing".
