The work includes, but is not limited to: - Removal of the old tower; - Site preparation; - Installation of the new water tower; - Necessary connections; - Electrical work; - Addition of a slab and stairs; - Decontamination work in the mechanical room. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond representing 10% of the total bid amount excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque made payable to the Centre de services scolaire des Draveurs, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (R.S.Q., c. A-32) authorizing it to engage in surety insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Trust and Savings Companies Act (R.S.Q., c.
