This project entails providing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to construct a new multipurpose natural grass sports field, synthetic track surface, and othertrack and field amenities, a concession building with bathrooms, storage, bleachers, and a second-floor press box. New bleachers with shade structure at building, west of sports field and new bleachers without shade, east of the sports field. 6. New sports lighting to illuminate field and track. 7. New parking lot with access from NW 16th Street, north of the park. 8. New park access from NW 15th Place, south of the park. 9. New perimeter metal picket & chain-link fence around the park & parking lot. 10. New site furniture. 11. New landscape, irrigation, and drainage system. 12.
