The West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR), on behalf of Huttonsville Correctional Center and Jail (HCC&J), seeks a contract for a lump sum quotation for the demolition of existing brick walls and installation of perimeter security fencing at the facility located in Randolph. The project involves the demolition of existing brick walls and the installation of new perimeter security fencing. Bid Bond: Pursuant to the Requirements Contained in W. Va. Code 5-22-1(C), All Vendors Submitting a Bid on a Construction Project Shall Furnish a Valid Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid Protecting the State of West Virginia. Performance Bond: The Apparent Successful Vendor Shall Provide a Performance Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract.
