Constuction of 216 housing units within Canada Lands’ Wateridge Village development that is 0.66 hectares or 1.63 acres. The housing units will consist of a minimum of 30% dedicated to affordable units. A mix of low-rise to mid-rise density is planned for the residential development. TIMELINE: Project is conceptual. Property application is closed; submissions are under review. Applications are pending submission to the city. Updates will be made upon announcement of developer.
