Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ottawa, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 185,000-square-foot, six-story above grade, 232-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and 60,000-square-foot, 132-space parking garage.
Canada Lands’ Wateridge Village development at the northwest corner of Hemlock Road and Codd’s Road: construction of two six-storey residential buildings with a total of 32 residential units with an underground parking garage. Building A, at the corner of Hemlock Road and Codd’s Road, will have 107 units. Building B will have 125 units. Underground parking will have 132 parking spaces and 232 bicycle parking spaces. A residential amenity area will have 717 sq m. TIMELINE: Site plan control application has been submitted to the city for approvals; submissions are under review. Further update in late fall/winter, 2026.
