Scope The Wells Branch McGinnis Lift Station Maintenance project generally consists of the rehabilitation of a 40 year old wet well/dry well wastewater lift station with a capacity of 450 gpm. The project includes replacement of the electrical and controls, coordination of new electrical supply power lines, services drops, meters and all other conduit and wiring necessary to operate and maintain the lift station. The project will also include a new generator, new perimeter security fence, and replacement of the existing wet well/ dry well access hatches and safety equipment. The lift wet well will require temporary by-pass pumping for cleaning and relining of the wet well concrete walls and all interior dry well coating. The work generally consists of the rehabilitation of the McGinnis Lift Station on W. Howard Lane The project shall consist of the following: - Lift station cleaning, grit removal, and bypass pumping - Lift station rehab and maintenance, recoating, site fencing, electrical work - All other work and materials shown on the drawings and/or specifications or as otherwise described to provide a satisfactory lift station. This work is to be done in coordination with the ongoing operations and maintenance, done by Crossroads Utility Services, and Wells Branch MUD.
