DEMOLITION OF 2602 KILBURN AVE. Each bidder shall submit with his bid the information specified in the bid documents for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockford's Ordinance on Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Any bid which fails to include the compliance items properly completed will not be read and will not be considered. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities in submitted bids.
