Renovation of a library in Kendallville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade library; and one-story above grade library.

Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids for the renovations and addition to the Kendallville Public Library System, including the Limberlost Branch Library. The project consists of providing new furniture, including installation, at both library locations. The anticipated project cost is under $300,000. Bids will be received for the Furniture Package only. Bidders must submit sealed lump sum bids prepared in compliance with the instructions and include a bid security of 5% of the bid amount in the stipulated form. Printed bids must be delivered to the office of MSKTD & Associates, Inc. Electronic submissions are not allowed. Bidders are requested to attend an in-person prebid meeting and site walkthrough. Bidders must be properly licensed, and the successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, separate labor and material payment bond, and acceptable insurance. A completed contractor's qualification statement may be requested following receipt of bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Project Locations: a. Site 1 - Kendallville Public Library, 221 South Park Avenue, Kendallville, IN 46755. b. Site 2 - Limberlost Branch Library, 164 Kelly Street, Rome City, IN 46784. A site walkthrough meeting on both locations for all Bidders will start at Kendallville Public Library location immediately following the Prebid meeting and then reconvene at the Limberlost Library immediately following.
