The Town of Weaverville is soliciting qualifications from experienced engineering firms to provide on-call engineering services. The work includes various engineering assignments as may be required by the Town over a set period. Interested firms must demonstrate their qualifications, relevant experience, and available personnel. Detailed submittal instructions specify that responses should include information on the firm's experience, approach to providing services, project team members, and references. Instructions to bidders require submissions to adhere to specified content, format, and deadline requirements. It is anticipated that Master Service Agreements with each selected firm will be in place not later than January 1, 2026.
