The scope of work is to furnish an electric power transformer for the Alton Substation for the City of Alton’s new substation. The required material is one (1) 8.4/10.5 MVA at 65-degree C, ONAN/ONAF/ONAF, 67 kV Delta to 12.47 GRDY with load tap changer (LTC) and accessories. Sealed bids will be received by the City Administrator of the City of Alton, Iowa, at City Hall, 905 Third Avenue, Alton, Iowa 51003, until 1:30 PM on November 11, 2025. Bids must be submitted before the deadline when all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Bidders should comply with all requirements stated in the bid documents.
