Remodeling of a municipal facility in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Waukesha County Highway Locker Room Counters and Toilet Partitions Project #0025-2025. No additional scope of work or instructions to bidders are provided. Scope of Work: Replacement of the countertops and toilet partitions in the Men's and Women's Locker Rooms at the Waukesha County Main Highway Building. Countertops o Demolish and dispose of existing plastic laminate countertops and sink bowls in the Men's and Women's Main Highway Locker Rooms (Refer to "Exhibit B - Drawing HY-G"). o Disconnect and salvage existing faucets. o Reinstall salvaged faucets in new countertops. o Furnish and install new replacement countertops and splashes. o New tops to be Corian Solid Surface, Color: Canvas. o Tops to have new integral Corian 810P sink bowls. o Furnish and install any backing and/or braces as required for new countertops. o Caulk as needed. o Furnish and install new P-traps as required. o Patch and paint touch-up adjacent surfaces as required upon replacement of countertop and sinks. o Field verify all dimensions. o Wipe down and vacuum the work area prior to demobilization. Toilet Partitions o Demolish and dispose of existing toilet partitions from the Men's and Women's Main Highway Locker Rooms (Refer to "Exhibit B - Drawing HY-G"). o Remove and salvage existing restroom accessories and grab bars from existing toilet partitions. o Furnish and install new replacement toilet partitions. o New toilet partitions to match solid plastic partitions from a previous project at another County building (color to be Scranton, Sandcastle, Orange Peel). Refer to "Exhibit C - Specification Section 10 21 13" from the previous project. NOTE: the style of new partitions in the Men's and Women's Locker Rooms are to be floor mounted/overhead braced similar to the style that is currently installed there (NOT ceiling mounted). o Reinstall previously salvaged restroom accessories and grab bars on new partitions. o Patch and paint touch-up adjacent surfaces as required upon replacement of toilet partitions. o Field verify all dimensions. o Wipe down and vacuum the work area prior to demobilization
