Paving and renovation of an office development in Richfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade office development.
AGO-250001 Richfield Facility Renovation consists of exterior site improvements, adding windows within an existing exterior wall, and interior alterations. Site improvements include replacement of asphalt paving and concrete aprons, curbs, drain basins, pads, paving, stairs, and fencing. Interior alterations include revising layout and finishes of existing offices, meeting, and auxiliary spaces and includes mechanical, electrical, technology, fire protection, and security infrastructure work. Allowance amounts are fixed and must be included in the Base Bid, with no need for bidder entry. Bidder's Fee, costs for unloading and handling on the site, labor, installation costs, and other expenses for the Allowance must be included in the Base Bid. The price per unit of measure must be entered in the Bid Form, and the extension is automatically calculated. Unit prices are for determining adjustment to the Contract Sum due to quantity differences. The amount of the Base Bid must include all Labor and Materials to complete the scope of Work and the amount of each Allowance.
