The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the Bogue-Schlag Paving Project. The project consists of finish grading, saw cutting existing asphalt, installing a leveling course and a final lift of 3/4-inch hot mix asphalt and shoulder backing.The project and the work limits are shown on the project location map and the project plan. That the Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, services, transportation, appliances, and mechanical workmanship required for Contract No. DIST 4-5, Bogue - Schlag Paving Project, as provided for and set forth in said plans and specifications, or in either of them, which said plans and specifications are hereby referred to and by such reference incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. All of the said work done under this Agreement shall be under the supervision of and performed to the satisfaction of County who shall have the right to reject any and all materials and supplies urnished by the Contractor which do not comply with said plans and specifications, together with the right to require the Contractor to replace any and all work furnished by the Contractor which shall not either in workmanship or material be in strict accordance with said plans and specifications.
