Reference Number 0000400783 - Buckwalter Place Park Landscape and Hardscape, Phase 3 The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to provide landscape and hardscape improvements at Buckwalter Place Park, east amphitheater location near 2E Carecore Drive and west location near 2 Ventura adjacent to the Veteran's Memorial All work must be completed by May 15, 2026. The general scope of services includes the following: Verify underground utilities Demo identified materials and remove identified trees Provide and install concrete walkways, concrete slabs, permeable pavers, retaining wall, shade sails and trellises as identified in the drawings Includes electrical work, adjusting irrigation, installing landscape materials Any brand names identified in the drawings may be substituted with similar products but please call out any substitutions and provide specification sheets with your bid. A construction calendar is required and will require close coordination with the Town project manager on park closures and partial reopenings over the duration of the project. All site furnishings that may have long lead times should be managed accordingly. Also, the contractor will be asked to provide a forklift to unload and install fitness equipment ordered by the Town.
