**As of December 08, 2025, the project was awarded to Brazos Paving Inc., with an awarded amount of $5,064,684.90** This project consists of the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Marion Pugh Drive from George Bush Drive to Holleman Drive. The work generally includes removal of existing asphalt pavement, constructing 10" jointed reinforced concrete pavement with curbs including subgrade, constructing a storm sewer system, water line system, and sanitary sewer work. Installation of striping and signage, traffic control plan, storm water pollution prevention plan, block-sodding disturbed areas, and all other related work associated with the project as shown on the plans and specifications. The work scope includes: o Removal of asphalt, subgrade preparation, and construction of concrete pavement o Construction of water line, sanitary sewer line, and storm sewer o Coordination of all work, inspections, and approvals with the City of College Station o Compliance with United States Occupational Safety & Health Administration regulations o Methods and means of construction compliant with all Federal, State, and Local regulations, including obtaining all necessary permits and inspections o Adherence to City of College Station construction administration procedures o Maintenance and submission of all project records such as record drawings, project manuals, and warranties for approval by the City of College Station Expertise required includes road construction/repair, placement of concrete and asphalt for pavement, utility construction, signage and pavement markings, erosion control, and traffic control.
