**As of February 10th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** General Contractor UMC Thomason Tower 8th Floor Observation Unit The General Contractor will be responsible for the requisite material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction project to renovate Thomason Tower 8th Floor to accommodate a new 25 Bed Observation Unit. Reference Exhibit B for Scope of Work. The selection of the firm will be at the sole discretion of UMC about which Offeror's Proposal provides the best value to UMC based on the evaluation factors set forth in Section 4 herein.
