Contractor shall provide all adequate and competent labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to improve drainage and roadways. Contractor shall install drainage pipes and catch basins, remove and replace cross culverts, and improve turning radii as specified along Kenzie Rd (R02P023); Phillip Rd (R02P013); and Quaglino Rd (R02G013) located in Folsom, Louisiana. Every respondent should describe what deliverables will be provided per their quote and how the proposed deliverables will be provided. Contractor shall hold a classification under Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The Parish reserves the right to add, remove or otherwise modify the above, as determined necessary by the Parish and as allowed by law. The time period for completion of the project is thirty (30) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by the Parish. Any work that may be reasonably inferred from the specifications or drawings as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied whether or not it is specifically called for. Work, materials or equipment described herein which so applied to this project are covered by a well-known technical meaning or specification shall be deemed to be governed by such recognized standards unless specifically excluded. If the contractor has not done business with the Parish, the contractor should submit a W-9 with their response. All quotes shall be in writing and shall be received by the Procurement Department no later than the date and time shown in the Schedule of Events.
