Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Newmarket, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 199,508-square-foot, nine-story above grade, two-story below grade, 224-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
This RFPQ is open to all General Contractors who wish to be considered as a prequalified general contractor to undertake the construction of the proposed Community Housing Development. The Region retained an architectural and design team (the Prime Consultant) to prepare all schematic and detailed design drawings, and contract documents, which are currently underway. Pending planning approvals, construction is anticipated to commence in Q2 2026 and be completed by Q4 2028.
