Renovation of a municipal facility in Aurora, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work involves sprinkler head replacement at the North Island Center in downtown Aurora. Bid specifications are available by email. Bidders are required to use the specified subject line "Sprinkler Repair." Sealed bids must be submitted to the Aurora Civic Center Administration offices at the North Island Center. There will be a mandatory walk-through for bidders. Anticipated Award Date: October 24, 2025 Bid questions submitted by October 14, 2025 at 1:00pm All questions about the Bid Documents shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to nicreno@paramountarts.com Replace 70 Sprinkler Heads - Replace 70 semi recessed dry pendent heads in Parking Garage with Chrome semi-recessed heads. - All work shall be performed in accordance with NFPA-13, NFPA-25, and local fire prevention codes. - Return system to working order at the end of each day - Return system to service and ensure it is operational for inspection - Plan to utilize normal work hours, owner will block off sections of the garage as needed. - Include Permit and time for City Inspection in Bid (if necessary).
