Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority is soliciting bids for the proposed construction work for a new City of Harrisburg Parks Maintenance Facility located at 901 N. Cameron St., Harrisburg, PA 17101. Bid packages will be received for the following contracts: General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction, and Plumbing Construction. All bids must be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program. No Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goals have been established for any of the bid packages, but the use of small businesses is encouraged. Federal Prevailing Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply. All applicable Federal and State laws, municipal ordinances, codes, and rules and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction over the construction of the project will apply and are deemed included in the contract. All bids and contracts are subject to a financial assistance contract between SRTA and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable Non-Discrimination and Non-Collusion laws and regulations, and must certify that they are not ineligible or federally disbarred. Bids will be valid for at least 90 days from the date the bids are opened. SRTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities.
