Project has been cancelled Project Description: The Borough of Modena will receive proposals from qualified firms for the Borough of Modena Town home Reconstruction Project. The project will be awarded for architectural and integration of engineering services for the design, permitting, demolition, construction, furnishing and occupancy of ten (10} residences at Meredith Court and renovations to the existing Pumphouse. The Borough was awarded a grant for a Flood Mitigation Assistance Project from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) to complete the demolition and total reconstruction of the ten (10} residences at Meredith Court and renovations to the existing Pumphouse which includes raising the floor elevation of the well pump and pressure tank which provides domestic water to the town homes.
