Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Norwalk, Connecticut. Design plans call for the construction of a 121,838-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and educational facility.

A detailed scope has not yet been determined. As of October 16, 2025, this project is in conceptual design. The City of Norwalk is preparing to submit a grant for funding for the project in June 2026. Although a firm timeline has not been reached, construction is not expected to begin until 2028 with the school anticipating to be opened in the fall of 2030.
