Site work for a development in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.

The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation is inviting written bids for all project management, superintendence, labor, machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and appurtenances required for the Cooper Wildlife Management Area (WMA) Eastern Red Cedar Removal project. Bidders are required to review the attached documents and comply with the provided instructions, including signing, dating, and returning the bid form; reviewing and adhering to the Scope of Work (SOW) which outlines the description, requirements, and agreement of the work needed to complete the project; registering as a supplier to do business with the State of Oklahoma; providing general liability insurance and workers compensation or exemption; and complying with the Federal Purchasing Requirement "Build America Buy America" (BABA) when applicable. Bidders must perform work in compliance with all applicable codes, standards, ordinances, and laws. The State of Oklahoma reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
