Site work for a development in Woodward, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade development.

The project requires written bids for all project management, superintendence, labor, machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and appurtenances as described. Bidders must comply with all applicable codes, standards, ordinances, and laws. Bids must be submitted via email to the provided agency contact. Bidders are instructed to review attached documents and comply with specified instructions, including: signing and returning the Bid Form, reviewing and agreeing to the Scope of Work, registering as a supplier with the State of Oklahoma, providing general liability and workers compensation insurance or an exemption, and complying with the Federal Purchasing Requirement "Build America Buy America" when applicable. The solicitation and any contract are governed by Oklahoma state law, including 61 O.S. 101-138 and 103(B). The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids. If the Bidder has any questions about this Solicitation, please contact the Using Agency Contact Point of Contact: Glennan Wrinkle Phone: 405-522-6144 Email: Glennan.wrinkle@odwc.ok.gov Approximately 81 acres eastern red cedar removal Fort Supply WMA located in Woodward County, Oklahoma The proposed contract is selective removal of eastern red cedar through mastication or mechanical cutting and stacking to reduce volatile fuel loads and improve wildlife habitat on 81 acres located on the Fort Supply Wildlife Management Area In Woodward County. See attached map for the project area. Cedars must be cut at ground level and no living green branches can remain on the tree stump. Cutting ofEastern Red Cedar- All eastern red cedar trees can be cut and left where they fall. Stacking may be required to access standing trees in high tree density areas. All visible living cedar trees are to be cut. Cut cedars must be stacked at least 100 feet from all roads, fences, and fireguards Mastication is permitted in the place of cutting and stacking as long as masticated material is evenly distributed and does not average more than 6 inches in depth on the ground Minimum Equipment Requirements- Cutting and mulching equipment must have a minimum of 100 horsepower. All equipment used must be low ground pressure, and equipped with rubber tracks, or rubber tires Some cedars are large and will be difficult to cut. Some cedars are located on sandy, steep terrain. The successful bidder must have the proper equipment to cut these cedars. Vendor Is to provide all needed equipment to complete the work as required.
