The Chickasaw Nation Medical Center is seeking a turnkey Contractor for all aspects of this project to convert 4 current o??ice spaces into medical exam rooms for patient care. Prior to converting these rooms over the residency clinic will need to have its breakroom divided with a new wall creating a Work Room Area for sta while cutting down breakroom size. BREAKROOM Contractor will build construct a metal stud wall minimums of 6 inches above current ceiling grid. Divide wall will need to be 9' o?? existing breakrooms south wall New formed breakroom will need a new 3070 wood door with metal welded frame. White sliced maple with clear finish. All door hardware will be stainless steel. New wall will need conduit for power for the breakroom. Contractor will need to tie in a new HVAC return air line for the newly formed breakroom. Will be inspected and approved by in house HVAC to ensure hospitals standards. Contractor will need to move current heat detector over to new formed breakroom. Also installing a new strobe to the breakroom. Contractor will ensure all life safety items are 100% working and certified. Provide documentation to Life Safety Manager. Contractor will cover and protect millwork, appliances, and flooring throughout construction. Any damaged or torn out ceiling tile and grid will be replaced. Contractor will also separate electrical workroom and breakroom lighting with dedicated switched for each room. WORKROOM Contractor will also drop data and power to desired locations withing the newly formed workroom. Contractor will add required power needs to fulfill power supply demands. Workroom will need built in countertops 18” deep with solid surface top. Upper locking cabinets above installed countertops 14” tall x 14” deep. Can view new kitchen area for reference. (Colors will be specified) Countertops will have workstations, so cutouts are needed for data and power access. 5 total Contractor will tear out VCT and replace with carpet squares in the newly formed breakroom. (tile samples provided) A new HVAC Supply air will need to be tied into the system and installed into the newly formed workroom. Will be inspected and approved by in house HVAC to ensure hospitals standards. Any damaged or torn out ceiling tile and grid will be replaced. EXAM ROOMS Contractor will convert 4 exiting o??ice spaces into new medical exam rooms. All carpet flooring will be replaced be replace with VCT tile. Contractor will match, construct, and install millwork and vanity of all other exam rooms in the 4 new spaces. All supply and drain plumbing will be tied in by a licensed plumber and once tied in it will be approved by in house plumber. This will ensure hospitals standards are met. Contractor will also coordinate with in house plumber for water testing. Laminar flow fixtures will be installed into vanities in exam rooms. Contractor will run conduit and boxes for VALT system in desired locations. Preferred no hot work but if needed will need to coordinate with live safety for hot work permits.
