**The owner has selected a Design Builder. The project is expected to start construction in spring of 2026. ** The Azalea Regional Library System (AZRLS) seeks proposals for design-build services for a facility expansion of the Steve Schaeffer Headquarters Building, Azalea Regional Library System, 1121 East Ave, Madison, Georgia, 30650. As a result of this ITB, AZRLS intends to enter into a contract with the selected firm to supply the design-build services noted. This intent in no manner obligates AZRLS to any services offered until a valid written contract is fully executed by both parties. AZRLS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, to award any item, or total proposal, and to waive informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Azalea Regional Library System. Scope of Work The architectural contract should incorporate surveys and site design. The project should also include plans for telephone, electric, data communication, and utility service to the building; design of landscape planting; design of vehicular and pedestrian circulation systems if alterations are deemed necessary; design of exterior security and pedestrian system lighting; and interior finishes and design services.
