Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The work covered by the Specifications is located at 5135 Cobles Corner, Houston, Texas 77069. All construction work will be performed at this location, on property of the OWNER, in accessible easements or in the public right-of-way. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment and incidentals and performing all work necessary to construct WATER WELL NO. 1 REHABILITATION as specified in the proposal section of these documents.
