**As of December 11, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of I/I Trenchless Rehabilitation Design. Completion time for the project is calculated as calendar days from the date specified in the "Notice to Proceed" and includes 90 calendar days for substantial completion and 120 calendar days for final completion. Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount of $1,500 for each calendar day of delay past substantial or final completion. Each general bid must include a bid security equal to 5% of the total bid price. The successful bidder is required to provide 100% performance and payment bonds and execute the contract agreement within 10 days of bid acceptance. Contracts may be funded by a loan from the NH Clean Water State Revolving Fund or a State Aid Grant from the NH Department of Environmental Services (SAG). The successful bidder must comply with Executive Order 11246 for Equal Employment Opportunity, the EPA's MBE/WBE rule, Davis Bacon wage provisions, "American Iron and Steel" requirements, and "Build American Buy American" requirements. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after opening.
