Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified with Ajax Building to submit a responsive bid. Bidders shall promptly notify the Construction Manager of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error which they may discover upon examination of the Contract Documents for each portion of the Project or the site and local conditions.
