Project Number: 24065 Ajax Project No. Job 50000227 Bids are requested for Demolition and New Construction of the GPD Property Storage Expansion for the City of Gainesville. Bidders must be pre-qualified with Ajax Building to submit a responsive bid, among other requirements. Contact is available to request access to Bid Documents and related information. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually, with details available in the Bid Documents. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be pre-qualified with Ajax Building to submit a responsive bid. Bidders shall promptly notify the Construction Manager of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error which they may discover upon examination of the Contract Documents for each portion of the Project or the site and local conditions. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the Contract Document or any part thereof.
