Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Franklin, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The project includes the construction of a restroom building, ADA parking spaces, ADA accessible ramps, a concrete sidewalk, and asphalt paths at Sunnyside Park (formerly known as the Whitmire Property). The contract will cover all aspects of the work from assessment to completion and final acceptance of the work. The Town of Franklin is soliciting bids for a project (this Request for Proposals, the "RFP") The scope of this project includes the construction of a restroom building, ADA parking spaces, ADA accessible ramps, a concrete sidewalk and asphalt paths at the Sunnyside Park (formerly known as the Whitmire Property). Description: A. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment necessary to complete the project and adhere to all applicable standards and ADA requirements.
