Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wadley, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of approximately 1,600 linear feet of sidewalk replacement and streetscape improvements along Main Street (SR-77) and Broad Street (SR-77) in Wadley, AL. The primary work items include removal, sidewalk, curb and gutter, striping, lighting, post replacement, and drainage. All bidders must be licensed by the State of Alabama Licensing Board of General Contractors. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and a bid bond is required. The award will be made to a responsive contractor that meets minimum qualifications and submits the lowest responsible bid. The Town of Wadley reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process. The city reserves the right to hold the bids for a period of 60 days after receiving the bids until notice of award. Please Contact Nathan Currie at Sain Associates for Full Bid Package.
