Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Huntsville, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 86,400-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Provide practice field metal framed covering measuring 360 feet long by 240 feet wide by 53 feet high along with appropriate water drainage. The estimated budget for the project is Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($6,500,000.00). The selection process for the Design-Build Firm will follow a two-step process pursuant to the provisions of the Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter G. Points-of-Contact/Restriction on Communication. The District designates the following persons as its representatives and Points-of-Contact for this RFQ: Sybyl Cousins - Business Office Coordinator Huntsville ISD 441 FM 2821 East Huntsville, TX 77320 Email: scousins@huntsville-isd.org Phone : 936-435-6314 Owner intends to enter into an agreement with a Design Build firm to design and construct a metal framed covering over its football practice field.
