Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in New Waverly, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility.

**As of December 04, 2025, the owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** New Waverly Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified persons or companies to serve as Construction Manager-at-Risk for the construction of a New High School Gymnasium and High School CTE. This is a one-step selection process pursuant to Texas Government Code Sect. 2269.253. Responses must be submitted in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals. Sealed responses must be received in envelopes plainly marked, "Qualifications for Construction Manager-At-Risk." Faxed or electronic proposals are not acceptable and will be disqualified. Proposals will be publicly opened at the date and location specified by the district office. New Waverly ISD reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or qualifications.
