Lewisville Independent School District, (LISD or DISTRICT) is accepting proposals and pricing for Athletic Supplies, Equipment and Other Related Products and Services. This is a Catalog/Discount RFP with indefinite quantities. Proposers shall provide pricing based on a discount from the most current manufacturer's price list or catalog, or proposer's fixed price list, or a combination of both. Multiple percentage discount structures will also be accepted. Please specify in the Supplier Notes area of the Line Items where different percentage discounts apply. RFP #3333-25 Athletic Supplies, Equipment and Other Related Products and Services shall be awarded at District discretion, to multiple Proposers supplying comparable products or services, also known as a multiple award schedule, or award the Contract to a single Proposer. The District's decision to make multiple awards or a single award will be based upon the District's sole discretion regarding the type of products and/or services that provides best value to The District. The initial term of this proposal shall be from November 2025 - November 2027. Dependent on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees, there will be two successive renewal options, each consisting of a two year term. Initial Anticipated Contract Term: November 2025 - November 2027 Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: November 2027 - November 2029 Tentative Third and Final Term - Renewal Option: November 2029 - November 2031 Question Cut Off Date - 10/14/2025 02:00:00 PM (CT)
