The University is soliciting quotations for the renovation of former USPS offices and surrounding work areas to create a new office suite. The project includes constructing a new wall system to establish a dedicated records area within the main lobby, as well as reconfiguring existing office and conference spaces with new partitions, finishes, and mechanical upgrades. Project to be awarded as a single contract for Project as a Whole. Performance and public works bonds required. This opportunity is open to contractors currently holding a Kansas State University On-Call General Construction contract.
