Reference Number 0000304396 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/20 12:00:00 PM CDT Supply and install sixteen (16) precast concrete culverts by jacking and filling sixteen (16) existing corrugated metal culverts at fourteen (14) locations, on Provincial Trunk Highway 5, from Provincial Trunk Highway 20 to Provincial Road 276, in the Municipalities of Lakeshore and Ste Rose du Lac Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than March 31, 2026. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. In Addition to the Daily Liquidated Damages, a Lump Sum Liquidated Damage of Twenty-five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged to the Contractor if the Work is Not Completed by March 31, 2026. In Addition the Lump Sum Liquidated Damages Will Be Charged to the Contractor on a Recurrent Annual Basis Until Substantial Completion. The Assessment of the Lump Sum Liquidated Damage for the Completion of the Work Will Decrease in Direct Proportion to the Value of the Work Completed Relative to the Actual Final Total Value of All the Work if the Work is Incomplete. The Work Shall Be Defined as All Work, Not Including Contingency. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: April 1 to June 15 of a Given Calendar Year.
