This Request for Construction Tender is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia in partnership with Department of Natural Resources to prospective bidders to submit bids for Pier Removal and Beach Stabilization - Pondville Provincial Park. Project Scope Title: Pier Removal and Beach Stabilization - Pondville Provincial Park Description: Remove and dispose of timber cribwork breakwater structures (South Pier and North Pier). Construct rock protection structure to stabilize the beach. Install timber viewing platform and access ramp integrated into rock protection. Supply, install, and remove temporary access bridge for heavy equipment. Install sediment control devices (including turbidity curtain). Reconfigure salvaged ballast and parking lot barricades.
